Terms of use

By playing or depositing you confirm your age and that it is legal where you live. You accept these terms and the privacy policy once, when you sign up, and nothing is asked again while you play. Using Eggly means you accept these terms; a change takes effect when it is published here with its date. This is version 1.

Who runs the site

Eggly is run by its owner. Write to the owner through the contact page.

You must be 18+ and play only where it is legal

You must be 18+, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Playing must be legal where you live. That is yours to check: by playing or depositing you confirm it, Eggly does not check it for you and gives no legal advice. You may hold one account.

More on eligibility.

What the service is, and how balances work

Your balance is kept as a ledger in US-dollar value and shown in USDT. It is set in US-dollar value, so the USDT amount follows the price.

A deposit is credited after the network confirms it

A deposit is credited once the network has confirmed it. A deposit that fails a check is held or rejected, and the app shows the reason. Network fees are the network's, not ours.

A withdrawal goes to an address you enter, after review

Check the address twice: a payment to a wrong address cannot be taken back. The minimum is 3.004401 USDT, set in US-dollar value, so the USDT amount follows the price. After a deposit the minimum for your next withdrawal is lower, 3.004401 USDT, once.

Every withdrawal is reviewed by the owner before it is sent. A review can hold a withdrawal or reject it when it breaks these terms.

A deposit must be played once before it can leave. While a break from your responsible gaming tools is running you cannot play, so you may withdraw the unplayed part of your deposit; that withdrawal is always held for the owner's review.

Bonuses can be locked, and a locked balance can expire

A locked bonus balance must be played before it can be withdrawn. A locked balance that stays idle for the expiry period returns to the reserve. A balance you deposited or won never expires. The details are on the bonus rules page.

Several accounts, bots and hidden connections void rewards

One person, one account. Several accounts, automated claiming or play, and a VPN or proxy used to run several accounts or to dodge a limit are fair-play breaches. The rewards they earned are void and the accounts can be blocked. The fair play page has the detail.

Results are provably fair, which is not the same as favourable

Game results come from seeds fixed before the bet, and you can recompute any result on the verify page (see also how fairness works). That proves a result was not changed after you bet. It does not make a game favourable.

Rules change on a published date, and withdrawals stay open if the site closes

A change to these terms takes effect when it is published here with its date. If the site closes, the date is published here first and withdrawals stay open for the balance you hold.

The service is provided as it is

The site can be unavailable or change. Play only with an amount you can afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses from play, for downtime, or for events on a blockchain network outside its control.

    Complaints and governing law

Send a complaint through the contact page with your account name and what happened. The owner reads it.

The governing law and courts are not stated yet; this section names them once they are set.
