Fair play
Rewards are paid from a shared pool, so cheating takes from other players. One person, one account, played by hand.
One account per person
We look for linked accounts: the same device or the same connection behind several accounts. Only keyed hashes are kept, not the raw address, as the privacy policy explains. Linked accounts can lose their rewards.
Bots, scripts and automatic claiming are not allowed
Automated claims or play, scripts, and tools that act for you are breaches. Rewards they earned are void.
A VPN or proxy used to dodge a limit is a breach
Using a VPN is not a breach on its own, because this site has no region block. Using a VPN or proxy to run several accounts or to avoid a limit is.
Reversals and holds
A reward that was paid by a fault, or earned by a breach, can be reversed. A withdrawal can be held for review before it is sent, and the owner can reject one that breaks the rules.
Breaches and sanctioned persons
A breach can void rewards, hold a balance for review, or close the account. We do not serve people or addresses that law forbids us to pay.
How to appeal
Write through the contact page with your account name and what happened. The owner reads each appeal and answers by the same route. Eggly will explain the reason for a decision.
