Eggly is open in every country. You may play if you are at least 18+, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if playing is legal where you live.

Age and local law are yours to check. Eggly does not check them for you and gives no legal advice. If playing is not allowed where you live, do not play.
Accepting the terms is your confirmation
When you sign up, you accept the terms and the privacy policy once. By playing or depositing you confirm your age and that it is legal where you live. Nothing is asked again while you play.
There is no country list
This site blocks no region and asks for no ID at the door. A withdrawal can still be reviewed, as the fair play page explains.
One person, one account
You may hold one account. Accounts of people under the minimum age can be closed, and the rewards they earned are void.
