# Responsible gaming

You must be 18+ to play. Games are entertainment, not a way to make money. Play only with an amount you can afford to lose, and stop when it stops being fun.

- A win streak does not mean the next bet is more likely to win. Each result stands alone.
- Provably fair shows a result was not changed. It does not make a game favourable.

### Ask yourself these questions

- Am I playing with money I need for bills or food?
- Am I trying to win back what I lost?
- Do I play longer or bet more than I planned?
- Do I hide how much I play from people close to me?
- Do I feel restless or low when I stop?

A yes to any of these is a reason to take a break now.

### Take a break from the Profile tab, Account sheet

A break starts at once and cannot be shortened or lifted, by you or by us, while it runs. You can make a running break longer or stronger.

- **Cool-off**: one day, seven days or thirty days. Games, lottery, shop boxes and deposits are closed.
- **Self-exclusion**: one year, three years, five years or for life. Everything is closed except sign-in, your wallet view and withdrawals.

While a break runs, reminders by push and by Telegram stop. You may withdraw the unplayed part of your deposit; that withdrawal is always held for the owner's review.

### Set your own limits too

- Decide an amount before you start and do not add to it.
- Set a time limit and a phone alarm.
- Do not play when you are tired, upset or drinking.
- Never borrow to play.
