### What happens after you send

Your message is stored and the owner is told at once. The answer comes by the route you gave in the form, usually within a few days. Without a route the owner can read your message but cannot answer it.

### How to make a complaint

1. **Collect the facts.** Your account name, the time, and the bet or withdrawal it is about. Every bet has a Verify link, and the [verify page](https://eggly.fun/verify) recomputes it.
2. **Send it as a complaint.** Pick the topic Complaint, say what happened and what you expect, and leave a way to answer you.
3. **Get the decision and its reason.** The owner checks the records and answers with the decision and the reason for it, under the [terms](https://eggly.fun/terms) and the [fair play](https://eggly.fun/fair-play) rules.

### The form has limits, and no CAPTCHA
